Here is a cell phone purse you’ll love to carry. It’s practical to use and a stylish eye catcher you’ll be delighted to carry. It has a front zipper pocket to secure your money, credit cards and ID card. There is also a slot pocket that can hold a smaller mobile phone, eye glasses, a pen or any number of essentials you may want to carry. This bag is padded to protect the content of these pockets. The padding creates a soft bag that makes it comfortable to carry at your side, yet practically effective in protecting your items. The lining is as beautiful as the outer design fabric and is chosen with this in mind. It also is functional by completely covering all seams. Importantly this bag’s front cover closes with a strong magnetic snap which covers the zipper pocket, slot pocket and inner bag. The adjustable strap on your bag is attached using grommets on the bag with lobster claw swivel hooks. The length can be adjusted using a slider to a length as short as 44” to a length of 55”. The bag could be carried in a larger purse, if desired, by easily removing the straps. I’ve designed this bag with one of my requirements in mind by adding a snap flap on the back of the bag. This gives you the option of removing the strap and attaching your bag to your belt. This work well for me when I’m working by securing the bag at my side and allowing me access to my phone if necessary. I like to tuck the front flap inside the bag so I can easily retrieve my phone if need be without disturbing anyone. I’ve designed this snap flap with style in mind. When carrying your bag with the strap, this flap looks like just another small pocket on the back of the bag, no bulky, hard belt hook. It can be attached to up to a 2” belt or attached to another bag is desired. You can order your bag with a matching strap, or a standard black or white 3/4” webbing strap. If you chose a matching strap it is also re-enforced with padding. Size 7 1/2” tall 4 1/2” wide 1” deep strap comes 60” at longest point My bags are made to order, so allow two weeks to process your order. I’ve always been a “Jack of All Trades” and love making and designing things, in all mediums. My dad was a talented artist/art director, so I was blessed with a fabulous teacher from day one. I started out fixing stuff in my basement and building go carts, tables, and stuff. I’ve made my living as a draftsman, freelance artist, scrimshaw artist, illustrator. I owned and operated a screen printing business. I always wanted to own my own business and, at first, I wanted a fix it shop. Strangely enough I got my fix it shop, fixing people. I’ve spent the past 21 years as a Massage/CranioSacral practioner. As you can see, I’ve done a lot. I’m not a kid anymore. At this time in my life I’m caring for my almost 96 year old mother, yes good genes. My hours working as a therapist have been cut back to care for her. So I have some time now to pick up one of my favorite pastimes, sewing. I’ve been sewing since I was 10 years old. I actually had a little kids hand crank sewing machine to start me off. When I was a young woman, and through out my life, I’ve made many dresses and outfits for myself and others. I made my wedding dress and brides maid dresses. I raised two children and made lots of clothes and costumes for them. I love starting with a collection of items and creating a work of beauty. I make each item as if I was making it for myself, I take great pride in my work and pay close attention to details, if I don’t like it, it won’t go out the door. When sewing clothes I always made sure the outfit was not only beautiful, but also comfortable to wear. That’s true of my bags also, beautiful to look at and comfortable to wear. I feel that way about my bags and try to put myself in my customers position as to what they may like. Each bag is hand made and reflects my attention to detail. They are made of, what I feel are, fabrics that appeal to many tastes from, stylish attractive fabrics, to just plain fun fabrics, Not only are these bags functional and beautiful, I use quality materials. These bags are made by me, cut by hand and stitched with care. Materials are re-enforced with interfacings that provide not only cushioning but stability. Fabrics are thoughtfully match. Some linings are chosen with the idea that you should be able to see inside without difficulty, for us older folks. Therefore, I choose linings that are lighter colors, one more choice available and another “attention to detail” part of my bag making process. I’ve just begun my venture on Easy so I’ll be adding designs as time permits and hope that some of them will spark your interest enough to purchase one. They are a great size for todays busy, on the go lifestyle, but still has that touch of beauty the stops your eye to enjoy. I hope you love and enjoy my bag as much as I loved making it for you.
